Custom Magnet Ordering Process

The process begins with a customer expressing the need for a custom magnet, either by sending an email to MainRich Magnets or by filling out a custom magnet quote request form. In cases where the desired magnet shape is hard to describe, including a drawing or a rough sketch is helpful.

MainRich reviews the request within 1-2 business days. we will contact the customer via email if there are any questions or issues. If a stock magnet is available that matches or is similar to the request, this option will be suggested, as stock magnets are typically quicker and less expensive.

MainRich Magnets then sends a custom quote for each requested magnet shape, size, and grade. Each custom magnet is assigned a unique part/quote number. A minimum order amount, usually 200 worth of magnets, is required for custom orders. Delivery takes 6-9 weeks after the order is received.

The customer is advised to review the quote to ensure it matches their specifications.

If the customer decides to proceed, they can place an order for the custommagnets as per quote.

Upon receiving the order, the customer is charged for the magnets and shipment. Accepting payment

After the order is placed, MainRich Magnets begins making the custom magnets. All sales are final at this point, and the order cannot be canceled or modified.

Once the magnets are completed, they are shipped to the provided shipping address
