About Mainrich Magnets
A specialist sintered NdFeB magnet manufacturer making custom and standard magnets to your drawing since 1992. You work directly with the engineers who run the production line — send a spec, get a per-part quote in 24 hours, with no MOQ.
Mainrich Magnets has worked in rare-earth magnets since 1992. We make custom neodymium magnets and standard magnets — plus ferrite and SmCo — for motor, sensor, automotive, electronics, and robotics builders. Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949, and every shape, grade, and coating is produced and tested in-house.
Our story
Three decades, one focus: get the magnet right
Mainrich didn't start at a furnace. It started by sourcing permanent magnets for electronics makers across Asia — years of matching buyers to the right part that taught us exactly what a spec has to deliver before we ever pressed our own.
So we built the factory to remove the guesswork. Today custom and standard work share the same line, the same testing, and the same engineers — and you reach them directly. Tap through the milestones to see how we got here.

1992 — A sourcing house is founded
Mainrich opens as a magnet sourcing house, supplying permanent magnets to electronics manufacturers across Asia. Filling thousands of orders to spec teaches the team exactly what tolerance, grade, and coating each application needs — the knowledge that later shapes everything we build.
Inside the factory
Vertically integrated, from raw material to shipment
Every step that decides whether a magnet meets spec happens in-house, across four vertically integrated factories in Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Liaoning — melting, powder, pressing, sintering, machining, coating, and testing all under our own control.

Raw material
- Verified rare-earth alloy inputs
- Full material traceability per batch

Melting
- Strip-casting into thin alloy flakes
- Uniform grain structure for coercivity

Powder making
- Hydrogen decrepitation and jet milling
- Fine, even particle size

Molding
- Pressing in an aligning magnetic field
- Sets the magnet's easy axis

Sintering
- Vacuum sintering and tempering
- Full density and rated properties

Testing
- Helmholtz coil and B-H tracer
- Grade confirmed before machining

Machining
- CNC grinding and slicing
- Dimensions and tolerance to drawing

Electroplating
- NiCuNi, Ni, Zn, epoxy, Parylene
- Corrosion protection to environment

Inspection & packaging
- Final dimensional and magnetic check
- Export-grade packing

Shipping
- Magnetized or unmagnetized to suit
- FOB HK / Shenzhen / Zhuhai worldwide
What we make
Magnets across the catalogue
From a single stock disc to a tooled custom arc, we cover the range most buyers need from one supplier.
Why work with us
What you get from Mainrich
Not a sales pitch — the specific things a procurement engineer cares about when picking a magnet supplier.
Our mission
Deliver dependable rare-earth magnets at fair prices, and keep raising the bar on what a custom magnet supplier should do — through an R&D team focused on grade performance, consistency, and the cost of getting there.
